(1) If any person creates or emits pollution, noise, heat or noxious waste contrary to this Act or the rules or instructions made under this Act or causes any loss or damage to any person or organization due to any accidental pollution, such A person or an organization suffering from work can apply to the designated authority to get compensation for the damage they have suffered.
(2) In relation to the application made under sub-section (1), if the designated officer determines that there has been a loss during the investigation and investigation, the person, organization or proposer who caused the loss shall pay reasonable compensation to the victim after ascertaining the loss.
(3) The basis and other arrangements for determining compensation in accordance with this section shall be as prescribed.
